Service Description

This process is composed of these following steps: Step I: An initial interview (intake) in which the client's goals and objectives will be discussed as part of the functional behavior assessment (FBA) to identify areas of need; and a structured assessment to measure the client's current level of functioning. Step II: After the evaluation is completed, an individualized program will be designed to target the client's most socially significant behaviors, which are essential for decreasing or strengthening. With this program, you can ensure the client's successful will be a team-based approach to improve independence and productivity toward a happier and healthier life. Not only will the client benefit from this program, but the entire family can also get involved and be empowered with the fidelity, consistency and training of the program. This will provide significant changes for the client and bring about a long lasting behavior change.
