She is proficient in virtual coaching, program development, curriculum design, and evidence-based implementation to improve productivity. In addition, she has strong observational skills to objectively defining an organization or an individual’s weakest repertoires while implementing evidence-based techniques to manipulate environmental variables to stimulate team collaboration, and learning competencies with cultural understanding to improve independence.

Maribel is a board-certified behavior analyst, an accredited coursework and continuing education (CEU) provider, and a certified CLM (Competent Learner Model) coach who utilizes Applied Behavior Analysis to guide clients to develop their functional skills and promote generative responding and independence. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University and is ultimately interested in facilitating behavioral analytic practices in underserved parts of the world.

Additionally, Maribel enjoys collaborating with other disciplines with common goals. She loves to join the design research team to practice her user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) skills while incorporating her expertise. Maribel also loves traveling while providing workshops at the same time. Kenya, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Sri Lanka were some countries she visited to conduct training. She also continues to reach out and organize training and seminars for less privileged families, schools, and communities.

Maribel considers herself a visionary who joyfully sees a brighter future. She firmly believes that nothing is impossible when everything is done passionately with love. To empower, encourage, and inspire people, these are some things that motivate her to do what she does.

Maribel provides services to organizations, institutions, families, and individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders, including intervention in the home, community-based, or school setting. She also provides training to those who would like to learn more about Behavior Analysis.
